Quite the day of driving.  Arrived in Twillingate at 7pm, far later than anticipated.  The TransCanada Highway was closed all around St. John’s which forced us to find a different route.  It took us 3 hours to get  to the same place it would have taken 1/2 hr from St. John’s on the TransCanada.

Supper was Mary Brown’s Chicken in our cabin.
